1. Product Return Policy

Eligibility for Returns

  • Customers may return the kiosk for a full refund within 14 calendar days of receipt.
  • The return request must be initiated within 14 days, and the kiosk must be received by Anytime Postage within 30 days of the original delivery date to qualify.
  • Returns initiated after this period will not be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  1. Contact the Anytime Postage Support Team via email or our website to request a return authorization and obtain the return shipping address.
  2. The customer is responsible for shipping costs to return the kiosk.
  3. The kiosk must be returned in its original packaging (where possible) and in good condition.

Refunds

  • Once the kiosk is received and inspected, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Refunds typically process within 10 business days of receipt.

2.  Product Warranty

Coverage

  • Anytime Postage provides a 12-month limited warranty from the date of delivery.
  • This warranty covers all kiosk parts and components that fail due to manufacturer defect or fault under normal use.

Exclusions
The warranty does not cover:

  • Regular wear and tear.
  • Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or improper handling.
  • External damage, including accidental damage, impact, or vandalism.
  • Water damage or other liquid exposure.
  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications.

Warranty Service Process

  • Customers must first complete Level One Troubleshooting with the Anytime Postage Support Team, available via email or our website.
  • If troubleshooting does not resolve the issue, the Support Team will arrange a replacement or return authorization.
  • Repaired or replacement kiosks will be covered for the remainder of the original warranty period or 90 days from the date of replacement, whichever is longer.

Limitations of Liability

  • Anytime Postage is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use or inability to use the kiosk.
  • The warranty is limited to repair or replacement of defective kiosks as described above
